The bag cutter arm is plastic and therefore must be treated as such. It can break if attempted to move with too much force.

    • Open the device cover as shown in the image.

    • Pull on the left side of the handle to release the bar from the holder.

    • Not much force is required for the cutter arm to come loose. If it seems stuck squeeze the main arm sides together, as shown in the second photo
