    • Unclip the handle from one side.

    • First try If the bell can be unscrewed. It is fastened with a left-hand thread, so turn it in the "wrong direction", clockwise, to loosen it.

    • Pull on the knife to remove it

    • The bell sits probably quite tight, as it should not come loose during normal operation. When reassembling, glue it in place with a few drops of fluid threadlocker, if needed.

    • If it does not come off easily, then slide the lower plastic part towards the bell and clamp the motor in a vice. Do not tighten the vice very much, the motor is sensitive.

    • Use a long screwdriver as a lever between the bell and the shaft. Then carefully unscrew the bell. Reminder: the wrong way round, i.e. clockwise.

    • Pay attention to the washer between the shaft and the bell, do not lose it.

    • The shaft can be pushed out of the sleeve on both ends. However, the small locking pin is in the way on the lower end, and the rubber coupling on the upper end. The coupling is screwed in. Both parts can be removed.

    • The coupling must be unscrewed counterclockwise. To do this, insert a suitable tool into the groove at the upper end. If the coupling is too tight, an agent such as WD40 will help.

    • If the rubber coupling is cracked, its, the motor turns, but the shaft does not. Then you have to replace it. On this unit, the rubber coupling was fine but was screwed in very tightly. Therefore, the small locking pin for the cutting tool was pulled out with pliers.

    • When reassembling, make sure that the locking pin is firmly seated again. However, do not press it in too deeply.

    • Carefully push out the shaft. You may need to use a hammer.

    • Make shure, that you do not lose the two washers.

    • There is a curved metal washer between bell and shaft...

    • ...and a flat plastic washer between rubber coupling and shaft.

    • If the surface of the shaft is no longer smooth, e.g. due to corrosion, use very fine sandpaper.

    • Thoroughly clean the inside of the sleeve and the shaft itself, e.g. with cleaning powder for the dishwasher and a pipe cleaner. Lubricate them thinly with food-grade grease before reassembly.

Sehr gute Reparaturanleitung!

Also, ich werde berichten. Danke liebe(r) Autor/in)

Vielen herzlichen Dank!
