The attachment holder is important to keep the attachment steady while using the vacuum. Without a proper way to hold attachments the vacuum can become unusable.

Make sure the vacuum is unplugged.

Locate the purple button at the top of the device.

Separate the device with the purple button.

Locate the dust bin's red release lever on the side of the device.

Push the red lever to release the dust bin lid.

Locate the red lever below the vacuum.

Push the red lever, pull the back up and away from the dust bin to separate them.

Locate two screws at the back of the attachment holder.

Use a T8-Torque screwdriver to take out the two 26mm screws out.

Loosen the attachment holder by using a metal spudger.
-

-
Remove the attachment holder.
-

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
