So I guess this is common issue same here button still works but loose. I actually thought my 5yr old got his hands on it but I’m glad I saw this post to know it wasn’t his fault.

Hello, I recently went on a flight and I believe by controller has received damage while being transported. When I hold the handles of the controller I hear a squeaking noise. I believe it is the face piece of the controller. Should I attempt to warranty the controller or try to disassemble and replace a part that might not be the cause of my issue?
