Carefully pull the tail light towards yourself to gain access to the wiring.

Locate the connector and pull the orange safety pin out.

After the safety pin is out, pull on the connector plug to separate it from the tail light.

Remove the three Torx 15 screws that are holding the bulb carrier in place.

Remove the bulb holder piece from the tail light by gently pulling it up.

Remove the defective bulb by pulling it up.
