Hello, since I haven't found a tutorial for disassembling the Cabasse Swell portable speakers set but I nevertheless managed to do it for a repair, I am sharing it with you if needs be.

Heat the speaker end caps with a hair dryer (low power) at a few centimeters distance to soften the adhesive.

Then remove the caps using a suction cup. If there is any resistance, reheat the caps a little.

Each ring is attached to the speaker body by 3 screws. Unscrew them. These rings hold the grilles recessed in the speaker body.

Remove the 2 grilles that are inserted into the body of the speaker (there is no need to force).

You will then be able to see the active and passive membranes of the speakers.

To access the inside of the speaker, you must unscrew, on the side where there are 3 membranes, the 4 screws at the ends (2 on each side, at the level of the active membranes) and the 4 screws of the passive membrane of the subwoofer.

Be careful when opening the two blocks of the speaker not to separate them too much, because they are connected by two cables. I also recommend to note the direction of the passive membranes when disassembling (I think there is one).

I have not disassembled this speaker further except for the printed circuit board with the connectors. I suggest you use plastic or nylon tools if you have to disconnect/unscrew (after unscrewing) certain elements inside the speaker.

Be sure to tighten each screw securely (but not too tightly) to avoid the speaker vibrating when listening to music with a lot of bass. Tightening it properly prevents this problem (in my experience).

To reassemble your device, follow the above steps in reverse order.
N.B.: Take care of tightening well the screws in order to avoid vibrations later, at the time of listening to music with much bass.
Also be careful to the mounting sense of the passive membranes (I think there is one - see my pictures). I had to disassemble everything again a second time to suppress some vibrations that had appeared after the first reassembly.

Je compte démonter la mienne pour repeindre les grilles rouillées au bout de 2 ans malgré une utilisation exclusive en intérieur.
Cabasse n'a rien voulu savoir.
