Pull back the 2 battery tabs which are to the left and the right of the battery.

Remove the 4 Philips #0 screws from the laptop.

Remove the bottom cover from the laptop.

Remove the 4 Philips #1 screws on the heatsink.

Use a paper towel or alcohol swab to clean the thermal paste from the heatsink & CPU.

Use a flathead screwdriver and turn the CPU lock counter-clockwise.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order. Remember to reapply the thermal paste!
