Using a 25-hexagon head, unscrew these 7.31 mm three screws.

Unscrew all of the 11.05 mm screws that connect the outer shell to the device.

Take the needle nose pliers and cut off the crimped-on-wire connectors.

Strip the wires back with wire strippers. Or carefully take the needle nose pliers and cut gently to only make a mark on the jacket and not the wires. Then pull with the pliers to remove the jacket.

Take the white, blue, and black wire together and push togther

Then take the pliers and twist them until they are all combined.

Crimp the wire connector with a crimper or pliers
