Use a screwdriver to remove the four screws that are next to the grip pads on the bottom of the motor base.

Remove the black plastic covering from the motor base.

Locate the connections between the power cord and the brown and white wires. Cut off these connections.

Strip the plastic coating off the edge of the brown and white wires using a wire stripper.

Create a connection between the brown and white wires and the wires of the new power cord by soldering them together.

Fit the wires back into the motor base and place the new power cord in the slot.

Where can you buy the replacement cord?
There's not an exact replacement from Cuisinart, but a two prong replacement will work. I found one "Lamp Cord Set - Black - PLT 56-1854-50 | 1000Bulbs.com" https://www.1000bulbs.com/product/137344... that would work.
