    • Using a flathead screwdriver, remove the brush caps on the outer casing of the saw near the motor.

    • Using a Phillips #00 screwdriver or a small diameter nail, carefully pull out the washer.

    • The washer is seurely held in place and may require force to remove

  3. Craftsman Model 315.10721 Brush Replacement: crwdns2935265:03crwdnd2935265:01crwdnd2935265:01crwdne2935265:0
    • After the washers are removed, gently grab the old brushes and remove them from the motor.

    • When reassembling make sure the curvature of the brushes match curvature of the motor.
