Use a Phillips #00 to remove the 4 screws holding the back.

Use the tweezers to remove the plastic ring that aligns the movement.

In this case the watch didn't have a battery installed, but to get the battery out you have to use the tweezers and unhook the latch holding the battery in place.

The correct battery for this watch is CR2025 3V button cell.

Insert the new battery into it's place.

Latch the battery hook back into it's place, securing the battery.

Turn the movement over to verify the watch is now working.

Make sure the rubber gasket is placed correctly in it's groove, as it is there for water resistance.

Place the back cover on and fasten the 4 Phillips #00 screws securing the back plate.

Set the time and date, and your watch is now in working order again.
