The audio cable is easy to remove. This requires absolutely no repair skills.

  1. To start, make sure that the headphones are disconnected from any audio source.

  3. Pull off the earpad. When putting the earpads back on, make sure that the groove in the earpad is facing towards the top of the headphones.

I replaced cable once and all was fine. Now left side only not working. Could it be something else or just time for a new cable?
