These are not the screws I have in my bose speaker. These are standard TORX screws ( with 6 sides) bose uses a special 5 sided secure torx screw(with a dot in the middle of the hole). A screwdriver or a screw-bit for these screws is very hard to find. I am still searching for one

Remove the screw that is above the charging port.

Remove the two screws connecting the motherboard to the bottom cover of the speaker.

Using your hands, grip and separate the soft plastic and the metal casing away from each other with some small force.
My speaker seems to have a loose connection- I’m not sure if something just needs to be soldered— everything works- but the sound is not coming out- but if I put some pressure on it- I can get the sound to play. Any suggestions? Sad cause it’s bike season now!! Love this thing! Great job on the fixes guys!

Remove the 3 screws holding down the top circuit board.

Lift up and look on the underside of the circuit board.
