Two mesh tabs hold the speaker guard in place on either end.

Use the plastic opening tool to peel away the rubber insert.

Use the metal spudger to lift one of the tabs away from the device.

Carefully peel the mesh speaker guard away from the device.

Remove the mesh tabs from the other side of the device.

To replace the speaker guard, make sure the rubber insert is in place on the back of the mesh guard.

Insert one end of the speaker guard into the frame. Then gently fit the other end of the speaker guard into the frame.

Press firmly on the speaker guard ensuring that it is properly installed.

i have a bose soundlink mini 2, oneday i left it on and left my room. on my return i found out that it has gone off and since then it cannot turn on again. i have charged it overnight, in fact i have charged it for both short and long time but still can't turn on. when i press the power button it doesn't show any sign of booting.
