    • On the same side, locate a box-like structure. Unscrew the screws with a tri-tip screwdriver or a flathead.

    • The screws keeping this box in place are tri-tip screws.

    • Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the 2 screws that are attached to the white fastener.

    • After unscrewing the 2 screws, two more screws should be visible that are deep in two holes to the sides of the box. Unscrew those with a Phillips screwdriver.

    • There are two screws holding a second cardboard plate in place. Unscrew those with the 4 inch screwdriver.

    • The plate can be moved now, although it cannot be removed, as two sets of wires are soldered in a way that doesn’t allow one to remove the plate.

    • If at this point, the problem is with the feet of the machine, locate the inside of the bottom cover and remove the three screws holding the feet in place with a Phillips screwdriver.

  10.     • A tiny flat plate is being held in place by the screw.

    • To reassemble the Cup Cake Maker, simply follow the directions but in reverse.
