This guide will show you how to replace your Alcatel Pop 4 Plus speaker. This guide involves removing the back cover and the secondary cover where the speaker is located. Then you just pop it out and put in the new speaker.

Remove the back cover by sliding your fingernail in the grove around the edge of the phone and prying it off.

Remove seventeen 3mm Phillips #000 screws from the mid-frame.

Use the flat end of the spudger, or your fingernail, to pry off the mid-frame.

Use the flat end of the spudger disconnect the battery from the motherboard.

Use the flat end of the spudger tool to pry out the battery.

Use a spudger to pry the speaker from the mid-frame.
