Use this guide to replace the RAM in your Acer Predator PH315-51 laptop.
We use laptops for so many purposes and as such, the RAM gets used a lot and sometimes that RAM is faulty and the performance of the laptop starts to deteriorate. To keep the laptop fully optimized, the RAM needs to be changed so this guide will help in replacing it.
This device only supports DDR4 RAM up to 32GB capacity. A 16GB stick should work fine however the ideal speed of RAM should be around 2666MT/s or more.
Before replacing the RAM, the laptop needs to be turned off and disconnected from any external power source or any accessories connected to its ports.

Remove the single screw holding the panel using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

Use your fingernail to remove the panel.

Push the clip down and move it left.

When the RAM is inserted, push it down and the hinges will automatically hold the RAM in its place.

Close the panel by using the Phillips #1 screwdriver.

To make sure everything works correctly, power ON the laptop. It will take longer than usual to boot up because the RAM is initializing itself. When the laptop turns ON, go to about Your PC section and there you will see installed RAM and now your laptop is ready to use.
