Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove:

Eight 9 mm screws.

Four 5 mm screws.

Remove the keyboard cover panel by using a plastic opening tool to carefully pop off the clips around the perimeter.

Lift the keyboard cover carefully.

Disconnect the keyboard and touch-pad ribbons using tweezers.

Remove the keyboard cover panel.

Fold up the black plastic arms securing the cables and disconnect them using tweezers or finger nails.

Disconnect the remaining connectors using tweezers or your finger nails.

Remove the six 5 mm screws using the Phillips #00 screwdriver.

Flip the motherboard over and away from the screen.
-

Remove the two 5 mm screws with a Phillips #00 screwdriver.

-
Unplug the fan's power connector using tweezers or your fingernails.
-
-
-
Peel off the marked strip using your fingers.
-
-
-
Lift the fan up and away from the motherboard.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
