Find the black panel located behind the brake light in the trunk and remove the panel by sliding it off with a small amount of force with your hands.

Twist left to loosen and remove the two screws of the light panel.

Remove the exterior light panel by sliding it off with a small amount of force with both hands.

Twist the light bulb socket a quarter turn to the right to take out the light bulb compartment.

Pull out the old light bulb from the socket.

Push the new light bulb into the light bulb socket.
