Turn the car on and the A/C to the maximum.

Locate the low-pressure charging port.

Remove the cap by turning it counter-clockwise.

Connect the nozzle and hold the canister at a 3 o'clock angle.

Lock and remove the canister if it is around 40 to prevent it from going to 50 psi.

Finally, start up the car. If the air conditioning is cooler, you'll know that it works!
