It is very easy to remove and replace your headlights in your 2002 Toyota Tacoma. You can save a lot of time by replacing the bulb yourself. The replacement is a H4 9003 bulb. The process is easy and requires no tools to get the job done.

Pull the lever under the steering wheel.

Pull up on the lever under the hood.

At the same time, lift the hood of the car.

Remove the metal rod.

Insert the metal rod to hold the hood in place.

Pinch the rubber cover and disconnect the headlight bulb.

Push down on the metal lever to release it. After you have released the lever you can remove the bulb.

Remove the headlight bulb cover when you are ready to install it.

To reassemble your device, follow steps 3-5 in reverse order. At the end of step 3 make sure to push down on the hood to lock it back into place.
