In this guild you will learn how to fix/replace your taillight on your Chevy Silverado truck. Often times, a taillight will randomly go out just from use or possible damage. Here is a quick 5 min fix showing you how do get the job done, save you a little money, and not go to the auto-shop to get it fixed.
The only tool needed for this fix will be a Philips head 2x100mm screwdriver.

Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the top and bottom screws that are in line with the tailgate.

Do a quarter twist to unlock damaged light.

Put the light and connection back in place and turn it back to the lock position.

Place the whole light back to where the screw holes on the tailgate side line up

Reinsert the screws and tighten until the taillight is secure.
