Background
iHome is a company that manufactures speakers and other electronic equipment. The iBT84 was released in 2016 as part of their newest line of speakers. It includes typical speaker parts like a micro USB, AUX input, and exterior audio and lighting controls. What is special about the iBT84 is that it can be used wirelessly via Bluetooth and that it is iPX4 water and splash resistant. Identification
The iHome iBT84 speaker has a black housing with a transparent, textured exterior that resembles carved ice. The iHome logo is printed in the center of the top of the speaker. A control panel and charging port are located on the lower back of the speaker. You can find the model and serial numbers printed on the bottom of the speaker.
