The WelchAllyn SureTemp 670 and 675 are thermistor-type electronic thermometers designed for oral, rectal, or axillary probes. These device displays its temperature readings on an LCD screen. This device supports an interchangeable probe depending on oral and axillary or rectal use.

This device was released around 1996, replacing the 600 model. New iterations were released around 2003, making this device outdated. This device was replaced by the WelchAllyn SureTemp 690 and 692. These models introduced faster temperature reading, larger screen, and extended battery life among other improvements. However, no recalls have been identified for the 670 or 675 versions.

The WelchAllyn SureTemp 670 675 is a compact thermistor thermometer with an interchangeable probe. The model number can be found on the back of the device above the battery compartment. This device comes in one color which can be described as light gray or white. The probe well varies in color with both a blue and red well. The blue well indicates a probe is for oral and axillary readings, the red well indicates rectal readings.
