Background
The Toshiba Tecra M11 was released in 2010. It had Windows 7, 4GB of RAM, and 250GB of storage. It also has an HD screen, a battery that can last up to 4.8 hours, and a trusted platform module security chip.
Identification
The Toshiba Tecra M11 is black. The Toshiba logo is printed in the center of the lower bezel of the display, and the series name, "Tecra", is printed in the lower right corner of the palmrest assembly.
You can identify your laptop by the model and serial numbers printed on a label on the bottom of the device.
