The TOGUARD C310 Dual Dashcam is a compact rectangle shape with two cameras and a screen to see the recordings. It has a screen in the back with a back camera that can move with a built in swivel, in the front a fixed camera to record outside view, on the top the charging port and the mount adapter, on the bottom it has buttons to access screen prompts, left side SD card port, and to the right a flush appearance. This model only comes in black. There doesn't seem to have any model number on the device itself. This model is identical to the "C310 Dash Camera for Cars" model from LAMTTO, any troubleshooting for that model will also work for this model.
