We couldn't find documentation about this specific model of cup warmer or its manufacturer, but in general, cup warmers work by running electricity through a heating element to heat the bottom of a mug, keeping a beverage warm for long periods of time with the first cup warmer dating back to 1897.
Identification
This device is a small square with rounded off edges with white text saying "Cup Warmer". The one in this guide is a royal blue. There is a black switch at the front to turn on and off with a red LED indicator next to it. On top of the device there is a large black circle that heats up when the device is powered. On the bottom you will see several slits along with black rubber feet.
