Background and Identification
The Connect Home is Samsung's base model of smart routers. It functions both as a Wi-Fi router and a SmartThings Hub, allowing you to extend your Wi-Fi coverage as well as unifying all your SmartThings devices into one control app. While similar in physical appearances to the Connect Home Pro, the Connect Home runs at the slower AC1300 rating of 400Mbps@2.4 GHz and 866Mbps@5 GHz (compared to Pro's AC2600 800Mbps@2.4 GHz and 1733 Mbps@5 GHz).
