The Prusa Pro HT90 is a high-speed, industrial-grade delta 3D printer designed for advanced engineering and demanding materials. It boasts a substantial build volume of Ø 300 × 400 mm (28 L), combining delta kinematics with ultra-fast specifications. These include travel speeds of up to 600 mm/s, print speeds of 250 mm/s, and acceleration of 20,000 mm/s². Klipper firmware, equipped with Input Shaper and Pressure Advance, enables these remarkable capabilities.

The printer features a fully enclosed chamber heated to 90 °C, supported by innovative airflow mechanisms such as a servo flap and a high-pressure turbine. Additionally, HEPA filtration ensures exceptional layer adhesion, minimal warping, and safe printing of a wide range of materials. These include standard PLA/PETG, ABS, ASA, and even engineering-grade polymers like PEEK, PEKK, PPSU, PSU, PES, and PEI (Ultem), all thanks to its 500 °C-capable hotend.

Two quick-swap Revo-compatible print heads are included, one with a high-flow version capable of printing up to 300 °C and another with a high-temp version capable of printing up to 500 °C. These print heads facilitate seamless transitions between rapid prototyping and high-performance filament printing.
