Mindray PM-50 Repair

The Mindray PM-50 is a pulse oximeter made by Mindray. Mindray Medical International Limited is a Chinese medical instrument developer, producer, and seller. Pulse oximeters are non-invasive devices used to monitor a patient’s oxygen saturation. The PM-50 model is designed to spot-check the functional oxygen saturation of arterial hemoglobin. This device is suitable for use with adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.

The Mindray PM-50 pulse oximeter can store up to 100 patient IDs and 200 data measurements. Data can be transferred to personal computers for storage and printing. A backlit LCD screen displays the patient’s oxygen saturation, pulse rate, and pulse strength. The PM-50 model can be powered either by four rechargeable batteries or four AA alkaline batteries. When used normally, the device’s batteries can last up to 15 hours. A SpO2/communication multiplex port can connect the pulse oximeter to a personal computer for exporting and printing the patient’s trend data.

The name “PM-50” is printed in black font at the bottom of the device’s front face. The device comes with a finger sensor attached to a cable that can be plugged into the top of the monitor. This model is controlled using a power button, a backlight button, and an ID confirmation button.
