The Lenovo ThinkPad L15 Gen 3 is a 15.6” laptop released in May 2022 as part of Lenovo’s mid-range L Series, positioned between the higher-end T Series and entry-level E Series. It was later succeeded by the Lenovo ThinkPad L15 Gen 4 in May 2023 and has since been discontinued.

The Intel model is powered by 12th Generation Intel Core processors (i3, i5, and i7) and features a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS display, Dolby Audio speakers, and a numeric keyboard. The standard operating system is Microsoft’s Windows 11. Connectivity options include Thunderbolt 4, USB-C, HDMI 2.1, and Ethernet (RJ-45), along with optional 4G LTE, IR camera, and a fingerprint reader.

Feedback for the ThinkPad L15 Gen 3 has generally been positive among business and academic users alike. The serial number and type number label are located on the bottom of the chassis, near the ventilation area in the bottom-right corner.
