The model/serial tag is located on the front upper left-hand corner of the unit. This tag contains important information such as:
- Model/serial number
- Refrigerant charge
- Voltage rating
- Heat and cool amperes
- Heat resistance amperes
- BTU/hR

The first two characters of the serial number identify the month and year of manufacture.
