Background
The saws have a yellow body with black accents and the DeWalt logo. The model number is printed on the saw’s nameplate. The Miter saw is meant to cut wood or wood like products. With a blade diameter of 12 inches, a cutter/saw wheel diameter of 305 mm, and a product height of 20 in The miter saw is able to cut stair treads and crown moldings. The DeWalt milter saw is able to reach speeds of 3,800 rpm up to 16in wide cross cuts. Its flexible and can be used cordless by using a corded power adapter.
With prices ranging from 300 to 500 generally and with only one charge it can make up to 290 crosscuts. The brushless motor is a great advantage in comparison to brushed ones because it offers longer runtime. Along with the additional battery pact that helps with a lower downtime the miter saw runs as if its on a 24 hour cycle reliable. It has more than enough power to cut through anything as long as you have the proper blade mounted. In fact, you can even cut aluminum with a proper blade. The blade guards is practically transparent which most people complain about do to all the plastic parts which is the main reason for the recall. The DeWalt milter saw has had recalls due to its rear guard. The plastic rear guard could break and shatter when struck, exposing the saw blade the same for milter saws in the years 2019-2022.
