Retina fans mounted in normal MacBook Pro
Will retina Macbook Pro fans fit to older Macbooks (non retina) Pro. Is it possible to buy it somewhere?

Hey Sebastian,
Apple has been revamping their internal cooling systems a lot over the last few MacBook iterations. Because of this, the fans and connectors have been changing each time. Unfortunately, you cannot put a Retina fan inside of an older MB Pro.
Check out where the retina fan's connector is versus where the Unibody's connector is.
