Problems with apps on phones aren't really what we deal with here; iFixit is more of a hardware repair-oriented site.
You'll probably have better luck looking for user support sites like WhatsApp or Samsung forums.

If the phone is yours from new I'd see if there’s an email address to contact them about the problem. If it’s second hand the phone could be WhatsApp banned due to the previous owner doing something not allowed resulting in the ban.
