Crank but won't start

1985 5.0 v8 seems like engine not getting fuel just replaced both tanks and both pumps about 3 years ago. Recently replaced high pressure fuel pump futher down line right before going up and into the engine. Replaced the fuel relay and deleted the inertia switch. Im at a loss and dont know what to do. I've checked the filter its clean and I dont know what else to do any help would be appreciated.

If you have starter fluid, spray some into the engine intake, and see if it starts or starts briefly. If so, it is probaly a fuel delivery issue. Then, check the fuel pressure at the rail to make sure it is around 35-45 psi. Also, check your spark plugs, ignition control module, and distributor to see if any of them are the problem.

Unfortunately there isn't any Schrader valve on the fuel rails so I disconnected at the filter and no gas even making it to the filter. Also changed the distributor cap a few months ago. And has new starting silanoid.
