Why my pc doesn't start anymore

My HP ProBook got wet with water and now it won’t turn on. At one point, after cleaning it and letting it dry, it turned on, but the fan wasn’t spinning. Then I checked it again, and after that it stopped turning on completely. Now there are no indicator lights at all, except the one near the charging port
