Flash Storage Firmware Update Won't Install?

I was previously using this device with a 1TB Samsung 970 EVO NVMe SSD & a Sintech Adaptor. I replaced the SSD with it's original shipped Stock Samsung 512 GB SSD with a clean installed Monterey OS & I had this update pop up. No matter what I try it keeps coming back (PRAM / SMC Reset). I have never seen this 'Update' Before.

I never tried this method yet just wondering if there is another method possible, the system is running nice and smooth apart from this 'issue'. It seems that I will need to do a clean install again to resolve this. @danj Any Idea on how to 'resolve this'?

Bootup under High Sierra as Monterey might be getting in the way.

OK I can try that using an external drive that I have a HS installation on! OR did you mean to install HS fresh? HS & Catalina had the firmware updates included in their installers AFAIK, either way I have every OS on an external drive at hand for testing. I will try it when the owner returns in 7 days to collect their hard case. Update then.
