model a1181 touchpad question

does any of the model a1181 white MacBooks have the touchpad like the macbook pros? i want to say that I've seen them but it might be for a different macbook model. i may be getting a 2008 a1181 macbook but my wife wants a mac with a touchpad similar to my 2011 macbook pro. i saw where the a1181 top cases are interchangeable with each other so i just wanted to see if i could just swap them out with the better touchpad. thanks all.

No, every single A1181 has the same touchpad, that is the one before the Magic Trackpad, so, it has less multouch abilities.

The latest A1181 topcase, on an older MacBook, would just add the iTunes Keys of the latest MacBook Pro, but not a Magic Trackpad-like device.

If your wife is interested to a full multitouch, she can buy a Magic Trackpad. It works with Bluetooth even on every MacBook able to run at least OS X 10.6.4, so, every A1181 ever built (given at least a Snow Leopard update).

The Late 2009 + 2010 Macbook Unibody Models have the touchpad like the Macbook Pros but I do not know if they have all the same multitouch capabilities.
