Left Earbud Volume Crashes After Two Minutes

Lanteso S21 earbuds. When I pair them to any device (any cellphone, or laptop) the volume works fine at first. But after about two minutes, the volume in the left earbud suddenly drops by about 50%.

Anyone know why? And if this can be fixed? I have tried a factory reset of the buds, but it didn't make any difference.
