@josecr before guessing and suggesting to change a board, we will need to see what it looks like, as well as needing to know the exact model number for your Philips TV. A Philips Roku TV that flickers or changes colors usually has a hardware problem: backlights, T-Con board, or ribbon cables. Try a reboot, check HDMI cables, and turn off picture enhancement features. If flicker continues, the easiest DIY fix is replacing the T-Con board or reseating ribbon cables. A backlight or panel failure is also possible but harder to repair.
