What fuel line is this called?

I'm fixing my friends old van and the front fuel injector hose is leaking and needs to be replaced. Only problem I've searched every part store every online shop and can't find anything. On the hose it says efm-efi 5/16 inch. 0599. When I search online I put "fuel injector hose" and nothing comes up for this model, is it called something other than the electronic fuel injector hose? It's the hose with the blue zip.
