Why is my2017 Camry is making this rattling noise?

2017 Camry S.E. I thought it was my splash guard cause it was missing plastic rivets. I took it off and still making the noise. I thought it was speed dependent, but sometimes when it’s windy and or at a stop or even while cruising no gas or brake it still rattled. It’s not a constant rattling either. It sounds like it’s coming from the middle of underneath the car where the gear shift is. Has someone had a similar problem? The rattle sounds like as if it’s plastic, hence the splash guard accusation, now that it’s off I’m going crazy
