Brother printer HL-L2350DW firmware upgrade broke wifi v1.78

I upgraded HL-L2350DW printer to firmware v1.78 and now it can't connect to wifi anymore. Did factory reset and reboot multiple times as well as applying the credentials in for the wifi and nothing happens. The wifi light always flashes green.

Printing via cable works fine.

I can't find any old firmware online so there's no way to revert to the old firmware.

Brother has excellent tech support hotline, but you may want to try setting up wifi from scratch and make sure protocols were not dropped off requiring you to do some extra setup on your router as well! Factory trained Brother tech. here, I don't believe you can downgrade firmware, but IF you can Bro customer support can help you (they'd have to escalate you to tech support possibly, and it will take hours of your time!).
