I dropped my toothbrush and it won't turn on anymore

As you probably figured, it is very likely that something got detached inside after the hit.

On this particular model the battery is held in place by two metal tabs. It is pretty snug in there but there is a chance that the hit made the battery fall out of place enough where it doesn't make contact anymore with the tabs. This is the best case scenario as it is very easy to repair.

Disassembly on this model is not too hard. Here is a video showing how to replace the battery on your model, not what you need but at least it'll help you opening the device and get to the battery. If it has fallen out push it back between the tabs and assemble back the toothbrush.

Another thing that could have happened is that the wires that go to the wireless charging snapped from the fall. Those are a lot more tricky to repair and for now, I'll just say that I hope for you it's the battery!

And of course, it could also be something completely unrelated to battery or angel hair spaghetti wires. But start from the battery as it is the first suspect on the list!
