Black screen. I know it's the LCD panel somewhere.

How do I check an LCD panel on a Samsung TV un43cu7000F?

@courtneymixon you are not giving us a whole lot to work with here. We will need to know if it turns on, if your Power LED turns on and if it is just your screen that is black. You have not told us what you have checked. If it is just a "no video issue" that it can be related to a bad backlight inverter circuitry or a bad backlight array (fairly common). A simple check for that would be to darken the room and turn the TV on. Then use a flashlight and angle the light at the screen on different areas. You might make out some shadows or see a slight grey color or even your Samsung Splash screen. If you do, then it is your backlight that has failed.

If you do not see anything, unplug your set and remove the back cover. Then visually check the boards for any obvious damaged components. Check all the wiring and unplug the wires and plug them back in, make sure they are properly seated. Post some images of all of your boards with your question. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that so we can see what you see. It is possible that this is either a power board or a T-con board issue.

I am so sorry. Okay when I turn on the tv the backlights come up and then turns off over and over. But the screen is still black. I checked the cable from the main board to the lcd panel, and it was fine. I even change the cable and still no luck. So, the only place the problem could be is the lcd panel. But I'm not sure what to look at on the lcd panel. If I could find the schematics for the tv it would help me.

@courtneymixon try this first. Reconnect everything except the main board. Keep that disconnected form the power board. Now just plug your TV in. Does the backlight come on (you can see it through the many holes in the rear sheet metal cover of the LCD)?

If it does, unplug the TV. Now reconnect the main board to the power board. you do now know two things. The power supply is working and the backlights are ok. Next we will need to see how the ribbon cable from the main board connects to the driver board. There should only be one, rather wide cable go to those boards. The reason for this is to make determination if on of your driver boards has failed. Sometimes a Tape-off can "fix" this. WE just need to see more of your TV.

Schematics for this model are not readily available.
