Any wifi network didn't detected

Good morning, Everyone!
It's started yesterday whan i tried to connect my phone to Wifi network at my workplace. I thought the wifi was connected.
After 30 minutes i realized that wifi network at my workplace didn't detected to my device. So, i restarted my device, and tried it. Didn't working at all.
Do anyone know what happen to my device?

Hi @okuma_24

Were other devices connecting and working OK with your work's WiFi network?

Can your phone detect other WiFi networks - maybe not connect to them, due to password requirements but detect them? Not sure if you said that it did or not.

Try using the phone as close as possible to your WiFi network router i.e. <15cm, and check if the phone detects, connects and maintains a stable WiFi connection.

Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet, prior to the problem occurring?

Nah, my phone dropped 3 days before this is happened

i thought that was temporrary error, so i restarted my device.

And then, i try to connect and nothing is happened.

I try to connect to my wife's WiFi and didn't connected

I try to WiFi hotspot also not connected

@okuma_24

Just verifying that the WiFi networks are showing in the phone's available WiFi networks list but not connecting to any of them, is this correct?

Did you try using the phone as close as possible to a WiFi router as I suggested, you never said?

Hi @okuma_24

Try using the WiFi with the phone as close as possible to your home wireless network router i.e. <10cm and check if the phone's WiFi detects and connects to the network.

If it does it may be a loose antenna coax cable connection in the phone, that is the problem.

Here's a teardown video that may help.

One end of the antenna cable can be seen being disconnected from the main board at 1:23 minutes and from the charge port board at 2:31 minutes into the video.
