Sony KD-55x9000E doesn't turn on

Hello all,

I have an issue with Sony KD-55X9000E from 2017, one day the TV just stopped working and doesn't turn on.

The standby light is not working, TV is unresponsive to the remote and back buttons.

I searched this forum and other website and tried to follow the steps the determine if there is an issue with Power Input board. I tested the output pins on the power board and confirmed there is 3.18VDC on pin 3. There is also some 12V and 19.8V on other pins, I couldn't find the part number to confirm specifically what voltage should be there. I am happy to re measure if that helps and if someone can point me to the correct values.

I visually inspected all boards, capacitors etc and cannot find any obvious faults.

I confirmed 3.3V and 1.8V is present around the eMMC (it does however look differently on my board so I may be guessing here)

Is there anything else I could check to try to diagnose the issue. I have multimeter and basic tools. Photos below, any help would be appreciated
