It has been completely cleaned, motor has been replaced and it still stops after it has left the dock and shows an error code #26. Rebot didn't change anything.

Here's what Roomba has to say about error 26.
== Roomba i Series: Error 26 ==
Error twenty-six (26) means the vacuum is experiencing insufficient airflow.
It is recommended that you clean or replace the bin filter. Then try to run the robot again.
If the error persists, please reboot the robot by holding the clean button for about twenty (20) seconds). Doing so should clear the error from the robot's memory.
If the error persists after replacing the bin filter and rebooting the robot, the Cleaning Head Module will need to be replaced.If you need to purchase a new cleaning head module, please visit the iRobot Store - Parts and Accessories or use an authorized retailer to order a part. If you believe you're in warranty, please contact iRobot Customer Care.
Took a bit of research, but here's the cleaning head module for your vacuum.
