Dualsense battery doesn't charge, tried multiple batteries and cables

Hi, can someone help please? I replaced the batteries on my 2 ps5 controllers, charged both to 100% then turned on, everything was fine, but one drained almost straight away now won't hold any charge at all. The other one is fine. I have tried resetting this controller via the button on the back, and multiple chargers and cables. I also tried swapping batteries, and they both charge and stay charged in one controller but not the other. Can anyone give me any idea how to diagnose and fix the problem?
